Our owner personally visits producers and markets, selecting only wagyu chosen with a trusted, experienced eye.
What we seek is not a grade or heavy marbling, but that instant moment of delight.

We are officially licensed under Japan’s Livestock Dealer Act. This government-issued certification is required to handle livestock directly from producers and markets, and mandates fair and proper transactions under the authorization of the prefectural governor.
Rather than relying solely on grades or appearance, we value a hands-on approach—meeting the product face to face, verifying its quality, and selecting only the cattle we are fully confident in. By building trusted relationships with producers and carefully reading market conditions, we choose each animal with our own eyes. We believe this ongoing commitment is what ensures consistent quality and truly exceptional flavor.

We serve only rare, never-calved heifer wagyu. Its fine, moist texture is unmistakable from the first bite. Rather than relying on grades or appearance, our owner personally sources beef deemed “truly delicious” through direct visits to producers and markets. The sweetness that spreads as you chew, and the layered umami that follows—made for moments worth remembering.
Aroma, spice, and umami—together
Korean chilies and fermented seasonings create a deep flavor shaped by tradition and terroir. We never compromise—using aromatic chilies and well-aged gochujang and miso to elevate wagyu’s richness. Fragrance awakens the appetite, spice adds a crisp accent, and fermented umami ties it all together. When paired with yakiniku, bold Korean character and delicate wagyu balance into something uniquely satisfying.
Seasonal harmony in every bite
Fresh vegetables and thoughtfully prepared banchan complete the yakiniku experience. Seasonal produce from partner farms highlights natural sweetness and crispness, refreshing the palate between bites. Our namul and kimchi are prepared in-house with care, balancing fermentation and aroma. Enjoy them between grilled meats to reset your senses—so every last bite feels as satisfying as the first.
